Gondwana Game Engine Development (master) - 2.6.1
Gondwana is a cross-platform 2.5D game and rendering engine written in C#/.NET 8. It provides fine-grained control over rendering, timing, and scene composition, with built-in support for parallax, z-ordering, pixel overhang, collision detection, and particle effects. Gondwana targets desktop and web platforms using SkiaSharp for graphics and pluggable audio backends for desktop and browser targets.

Classes | |
| interface | ITouchAdapter |
| Defines a passive adapter interface for accessing touch device state. Implementations update their internal state in response to platform events and expose that state for polling by TouchEventPoller. No events are raised directly from an adapter; all event routing is handled by the poller. More... | |
| interface | ITouchInput |
| Represents a touch input source that tracks active contact points and raises lifecycle events when fingers (or pointer-emulated contacts) begin, move, or end on a surface. More... | |
| class | TouchEventArgs |
| Provides data for touch contact events raised by ITouchInput, including the touch point and engine tick associated with the event. More... | |
| class | TouchEventConfiguration |
| Represents the configuration for touch event monitoring, including timing controls for movement-event throttling and pause functionality. This configuration is used by TouchEventPoller to control how frequently touch movement events are raised and whether event processing is currently paused. More... | |
| class | TouchEventPoller |
| Provides centralized polling and event management for touch input. This singleton class monitors touch adapter state each engine frame, detects contact transitions, and raises events with comprehensive touch point information, with support for event throttling and pause functionality. More... | |

| readonly record struct | TouchPoint (int Id, Point Position, TouchPhase Phase) |
| Represents a single touch contact point, capturing its unique identifier, screen position, and the current phase of its lifecycle. | |
Describes the current phase of a single touch contact point in its lifecycle.
| Enumerator | |
|---|---|
| Began | A finger or pointer made initial contact with the surface. |
| Moved | A finger or pointer that is already in contact moved across the surface. |
| Stationary | A finger or pointer is in contact with the surface but has not moved since the last event. Gondwana currently retains this conventional phase for adapter and consumer compatibility, but TouchEventPoller does not raise a separate stationary event. |
| Ended | A finger or pointer lifted from the surface, ending contact normally. |
| Cancelled | A finger or pointer contact was cancelled by the system (for example, an incoming call on a phone). |

| readonly record struct Gondwana.Input.Touch.TouchPoint | ( | int | Id, |
| Point | Position, | ||
| TouchPhase | Phase ) |
Represents a single touch contact point, capturing its unique identifier, screen position, and the current phase of its lifecycle.
| Id | The unique identifier for this touch contact. The same finger contact retains the same Id across TouchPhase.Began, TouchPhase.Moved, and TouchPhase.Ended phases. On desktop, a mouse-emulated touch always uses Id = 0. |
| Position | The position of the touch contact in logical Backbuffer ScreenPx coordinates at the moment the event was recorded. |
| Phase | The current lifecycle phase of this touch contact, indicating whether the contact just began, moved, remained stationary, ended, or was cancelled. |
